Our Favorite Activities to do in East Bay

The Oakland Zoo

This is probably one of the best Zoo’s in California and they recently added a fun Gondola that you can ride to the top of the park for amazing views of the city and the bay. There is a great restaurant at the top and kids can enjoy lots of fun animal visits as well as a mini amusement park at the bottom. Kids of all ages will be entertained for hours at this attraction.

Chabot Space & Science Center

The Chabot Space & Science Center is educational fun for the entire family. There are shows, exhibits, and observatories to keep children engaged while learning about science and space.

Lawrence Hall of Science

Fantastic place for kids and teens to discover new things as well as putting on a top knotch planetarium show. You may bring your own lunch for a picnic or you can use cafeteria. Great view of the Bay Area as well.

Tilden Regional Park

Tilden regional park is sure to delight the whole family. From swimming, to train rides and and a merry-go-round, there is lots to do!
