The Start of Joanna's Nannies

 Hello!

I was the owner of Sonoma Date Night and now, Joanna's Nannies. I have been a professional nanny for many years and have been caring for children pretty much my whole life. I started Sonoma Date Night in 2011 and it has been so successful that I have decided to expand and start serving other areas as well.

I am very proud of my business, my nannies and the level of service we provide to our customers. I do everything in my power to make sure that all my clients are 100% satisfied with our services and if they are not, I will do whatever it takes to get them there. I think it is very important to only hire the best nannies out there, especially because we are dealing with your most prized possession; your child. I take the time to interview, check references and meet each in nanny in person to make sure that they are up to my standards before I hire them. I want to get to know my nannies on a personal level and I also do my best to make sure they know how valuable they are to me. I reward my nannies for a job well done and they are more than just a list of names I call.

I treat my clients the same way. I want to get to know your family, understand the needs of your children and provide you with the most qualified nanny so you can enjoy your time away without worry. I am always available to answer any questions you have about me, my nannies or how I run the business and I welcome any feedback that can help me improve as well.
